We can’t be the only ones to love a smoothie? This is one of our personal favourite recipes that is so quick and easy you’ll be able to make it in a couple of minutes. Yummy.
80g fresh or frozen strawberries
50g frozen banana
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
180ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
15g soft cream cheese
Step 1: Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
